Qi Gong is the skill of cultivating the vital energy.
Qi = the vital energy of the body
Gong = skill of working with the Qi
These are gentle exercises that combine the use of breath, visualization, movement and intention, based on observations of nature beginning over 4,700 years ago. They also purge toxins, eliminate stagnation, strengthen and balance internal organs of the body while empowering your own healing process.
Qi Gong exercises has been documented to:
- Regulate blood pressure
- Improve heart function
- Reduce risk of stroke
- Enhance activity of anti-aging enzyme
- Help the body heal itself
