The Cliffs Wellness Centers are premium facilities that serve as a hub for activities, classes, and programs to optimize members’ health.

Cliffs Valley Wellness Center Complex

Located at the heart of the Cliffs Valley community is the $5 million, 15,000-square-foot Cliffs Valley Wellness Center Complex. Opened in 2003, the Cliffs Valley Wellness Center offers the gamut for optimal health:

• State-of-the-art fitness room, complete with CardioTheater®, Magnum® Smith Machine, Magnum® cable strength training station, Precor® treadmills, Elliptical machines, stretching equipment, and recumbent and upright exercise bicycles, Stairmaster, plasma television, free weights, stretching area, and Physioball
• Peformance room for Physioball training, sport-specific training, and group exercise classes, including LeMond® spinning bikes, Pilates and yoga mats and blocks
• Heated indoor lap pool, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, and cabana seating
• Spa treatment rooms, body age assessment room, private men’s and ladies locker rooms, including full dressing areas, towel service, showers, and steam rooms
• Relaxing, quiet member lounge, stone fireplace, and wellness library
• Snack and juice bar, nutritional products, supplements, and vitamins
• Outdoor sand volleyball court, full-court basketball 
• Two hard and six clay tennis courts
• Children’s play area

The Cliffs at Glassy Wellness Center

Opened in 1995, renovated in 2004 and, most recently, in 2008, the two-story Wellness Center at The Cliffs at Glassy provides members a host of fitness options in one of the most serene natural environments:

• Fitness room, including TRUE® treadmills, Elliptical trainers, stair climbers, rowers, stationary cycles, 14 Life Fitness® strength conditioning machines, free weights, and a Smith Machine with free-loading weight plates
• Functional training area
• New group exercise room with Pavigym® shock-absorbent flooring, classroom space for seminars
• Reception area, coffee station, sitting area, private men’s and ladies locker rooms
• Olympic-size outdoor swimming pool, deck, cabana, grill, and bathhouse
• Four tennis courts
• Fitness and hiking trails
• Outdoor Sunset Pavilion with 75-mile views

The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards Wellness Center

The Wellness Center at The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards brings health and fitness lakeside with a premier, 10,000-square-foot facility offering specialized fitness and training areas:

• Fitness Room overlooking pristine Lake Keowee, complete with LifeFitness® strength equipment, Smith machine, cable strength training station, and a complete set of rubberized dumbbells
• Cardio Room featuring LifeFitness® Treadmills, Elliptical Trainers, recumbent and upright exercise bikes, Stairclimbers, stretching equipment and stretching area
• 14” plasma television screens mounted to each cardio piece
• Golf Fitness program, including state-of-the-art golf-specific Free Motion® equipment, Physioballs, medicine balls, and balance devices
• Aerobics/Lecture Room for group exercise and educational classes/seminars, including top of the line Gerstrung-Gym Acryloflex® floor to protect joints
• SwimEx® low-impact therapy pool for rehabilitative, personal training, and individual workouts, offering built-in exercise stations, consistent deep-water resistance, and up to 40 different wave speeds
• Private men’s and women’s locker rooms, dressing areas, showers and spa treatment rooms
• Member lobby and lounge with fireplace
• Snack bar, offering menu selections of organic, hormone- and antibiotic-free products.

The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards Wellness Center is located within walking distance of the Vineyards’ private Marina and white sand beach and within minutes of The Equestrian Center.
