The Cliffs Communities is pleased to designate Edwards Builders a Signature Builder in our communities.
Founded in 1977, Edwards Builders Inc. has earned a reputation for excellence by building award-winning custom homes. With a firm commitment to quality and service and an uncompromising desire to build the finest homes possible, Rodney Edwards brings this commitment to the homes in The Cliffs communities.
Rodney Edwards, president of Edwards Builders, knows his company is more than a group of people building new homes. It is also our attitudes and beliefs that guide the way we approach our work.
A member of the Home Builders Association of Greenville, Rodney Edwards served as HBA President in 1994. He has also served as Chairman of the Parade of Homes and the Southern Home and Garden Show and has held various positions on the state and national levels of the Home Builders Association. He has been honored with the HBA of Greenville’s Builder of the Year Award, the Realtors Choice Award and the Pace Award presented to the builder who “Sets the Pace” in new home construction for quality and excellence. Edwards presently serves as a member of the Greenville County Planning Commission.
The quality of the homes we construct reflects our sense of value and pride in the job we do. These are old-fashioned values that are important to us and we believe they are important to our homeowners as well.
Our customer service focuses on communication as we strive to make the building process an enjoyable and satisfying experience. Our customers feel comfortable working with us and know we will treat them fairly. Credibility is something we’ve earned over the years and we don’t take it for granted.
